A powered hang glider has very strict maintenance and inspection requirements imposed by the FAA. We are required to have a 100 hour and annual inspection. We also perform a complete inspection of the aircraft before each flight. Our aircraft is also equipped with a parachute in case of an emergency.

During the winter season you’ll want to wear long pants, closed-toed shoes, and a winter jacket. In the summer, a light jacket, shorts, and closed-toed shoes will be perfect! We will be flying around 40 miles per hour in an open cockpit so always dress a little warmer than what you would wear on the ground.
-
You will most likely not get sick from your flight unless you are prone to getting motion sickness easily. If you are, then please consider staying on the ground. The most common way to get sick during a flight is by encountering continued rough turbulence. We always do our best to ensure a smooth flight, and if the conditions are not safe, we will reschedule.
